After recently returning from competition where she claimed historic gold, cementing her place as Australia’s most successful para‑triathlete, Lauren continues to inspire our local community with her resilience, determination and world‑class performance.

Nutrition plays a vital role in training, recovery and overall athletic success. Our Fresh Meals Delivered team feels incredibly honoured to support Lauren with fresh, nutritious meals while she trains here at her home base in Newcastle.

Lauren is a well‑known and much‑admired name across Newcastle and the Hunter, celebrated for her achievements as a Dual Paralympian, Paris 2024 Gold Medalist, and Para Athlete of the Year.
