When will my order be delivered?

Our orders are delivered on a Tuesday and Friday. Depending on what day you have selected you can expect your order to be delivered to your door between 3pm -8pm.

 

What happens if I am not home for my delivery?

Not to worry! Your order will be delivered in our very special environmentally friendly Chilltainer with icepacks. This will keep your delivery safely chilled for up to two hours.

 

Do you accommodate special dietary requirements?

If you have a special dietary requirement please do not hesitate to contact our team we would be very happy to assist you.

How do I reheat my meal when frozen?

It is highly suggested that you take the frozen meal out the night before to thaw in fridge (as you have suggested you complete already) however if reheating frozen peel back corner of seal and place in microwave for 3 mins, then take out of microwave and completely peel off seal, stir meal slightly and place back in microwave for another two minutes. Take the meal out to test for meal temperature, if not heated through, stir slightly and place in the microwave for another 30 seconds. If still not reheated, repeat the last step.
