Yes, we are a Support at Home Provider!

The Support at Home (SaH) program is an Australian Government initiative designed to help older Australians live independently at home by providing services such as meal preparation and delivery. 

Fresh Meals Delivered is proud to work alongside Support at Home Providers and their clients to help older Australians stay nourished, independent, and well supported. Our meals are dietitian‑reviewed, portion‑consistent, and designed to make healthy eating simple for clients and effortless for care teams.

We offer nutrition information, specialised dietary options, and reliable weekly service — giving providers confidence and giving clients meals that feel comforting, familiar, and genuinely enjoyable. Together, we make good nutrition an easy part of everyday care.

Our meals are made fresh to order and delivered to your door fresh, every time.

We proudly go above and beyond to ensure that meals are delivered and not just dropped at the doorstep. 

Our Menu has been assessed by Accredited Dietitians at Simply Nutrition and meets the requirements of the 2025 Aged Care Standards.
